Refund Policy

This policy applies to Job Interview English — The Full Guide, a digital PDF product sold by WorkReady English.

In short: because the guide is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something goes wrong technically, we'll fix it or refund you.

All sales are final

The guide is delivered as a downloadable PDF immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered, including for change of mind.

Technical problems

If you experience a technical problem — for example, the file does not open, the download link does not work, or you did not receive the guide — email us at stillpointcosmos@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will fix the problem or send you a working copy. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product, or bought it twice by accident, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
